WATT
Kealia Watt, originally from Draper, UT, joined the Red Stars in 2020 via a trade with the Houston Dash. That season Watt started in 10 matches playing 870 minutes, led the team with two goals in the NWSL Fall Series and won Woman of the Week honors. Watt crossed the 10,000 minutes played mark during the 2021 NWSL Regular Season in the Red Stars’ match against the Washington Spirit July 18, 2021. Her international experience includes a call up to the October 2020 United States Women’s National Team camp and a U-20 Women’s World Cup Championship, a game in which she scored the winning goal. Watt attended the University of North Carolina.
