Accessibility Accommodations

Drop Off and Pick Up
Drop off and pick up for guests with disabilities and/or mobility challenges is available at the stadium arch in the East parking lot outside Gate D. Accessible stadium entrances include a ramp North of the ADA parking lot at Gate C and an elevator South of the ADA parking lot at Gate D.

Accessible Parking
Guests with disabilities can park in the ADA-designated section in Lot E3, between Gates C and D. A visible state-issued Persons with Disabilities license plate or ADA hang tag placard is needed for parking, with the registered person present in the vehicle. Accessible stadium entrances include a ramp North of the ADA parking lot at Gate C and an elevator South of the ADA parking lot at Gate D.

Accessible Seating
Seating for guests with disabilities is available in all price categories. Accessible seating can be purchased online or by calling the Chicago Red Stars Box Office at 312-241-2069.

For guests who have sensory processing needs:
The Chicago Red Stars partnered with KultureCity® to enhance our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our goal is to provide an inclusive experience for all guests during all events. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing needs by supplying our staff with annual training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests.

KultureCity® Sensory bags

KultureCity® Sensory bags containing special KCVIP ID badges, feeling thermometer, fidget tools, and noise-canceling headphones are available for checkout (at no additional cost for guests leaving a valid ID) at our Ticketing Headquarters located behind section 123 on the Northeast concourse. Sensory bags can be used for all abilities of all ages.

Quiet Space
A quiet space is available in Suite A1. Please enter the space through the door immediately next to the Ticketing Headquarters behind section 123. This space will be staffed by a Guest Service Associate. Guests may use the room for 10-15 mins at a time and come back as they need.

Alcohol Policy

Our goal is to promote responsible alcohol service and enhance guest safety and enjoyment. SeatGeek Stadium staff are trained in responsible alcohol management. Alcohol sales will be cut at the 75th minute of the match. 

Rules and Regulations governing alcohol management at SeatGeek Stadium: 

  • Outside alcohol may not be brought inside the stadium 
  • Any person found inside the building with alcohol not purchased in SeatGeek Stadium is subject to immediate ejection 
  • A person may not enter the venue in an intoxicated state. Intoxication in a public place is a criminal offense. Any person found on the property in an intoxicated state shall be removed from the premises 
  • Any person purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol must be 21 years old or older and be able to produce acceptable photo identification proving their age 
  • Acceptable forms of identification at SeatGeek Stadium are valid driver’s license, military identification, valid passport, or government issued identification card 

 While we always strive to provide the most accurate information regarding SeatGeek Stadium policies, alcohol policies are subject to change without notice. 

Animals

Animals or pets are not permitted at SeatGeek Stadium with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities.  

  • An exception will be made for the Red Stars annual Bark in the Park match. If you are interested in attending this match with your dog, please contact the Red Stars ticketing department to purchase the appropriate ticket and complete all required documentation.

Baby Changing Areas

Baby-changing stations are available throughout SeatGeek Stadium in most restroom facilities.

Bag Policy

All individuals and their possessions entering the stadium are subject to a visual search and, if necessary, a pat-down. We encourage all guests to travel light and not bring any unnecessary items into SeatGeek Stadium. NO BACK PACKS, no carry-in items, including seat backs, or purses will be allowed. Standard string sacks/bags that are below the maximum size are permissible.

Bags must not exceed 14”x14”x6” in size. Special considerations will be made for guests with special medical needs and parents caring for infants.

Banners, Flags & Signs

Banners, flags, and signs (collectively, “Banners”) are permitted within the stadium provided they follow the requirements: 

  • All banners, flags, and signage will be inspected before entry to the stadium to ensure there are no safety concerns and are following the below requirements 
  • Banners must be event-related and may not be commercial or political in nature; Banners may not include advertisements, logos, or political endorsements/slogans 
  • Banners must not have images, words or other information that is (or could be construed as being) derogatory, obscene, profane, indecent, vulgar, offensive, graphic, dangerous, inappropriate, objectionable or in “poor taste” 
  • Banners must not interfere with the view or enjoyment of others 
  • Banners must not be attached to a pole or any other object that could cause harm to others 
  • Banners must not be constructed of wood, metal or any other material that could cause harm to others 
  • Banners must not be larger than 3 feet by 5 feet, if they are hung, or 3 feet by 3 feet, if they are held in hand, unless otherwise approved by stadium management 
  • Banners (or parts thereof) may not be used as projectiles 
  • Banners may be hung only with the permission of stadium management. 
  •  If approved, Banners may be hung only with rope, string or plastic ties and may not block any existing signage or vent, or damage any stadium walls, paint, railings, glass, etc. 

Stadium Management and Red Stars staff reserves the right to remove and confiscate any Banner at any time for any reason. Guests who fail or refuse to comply with these requirements are subject to ejection. 

Please note – some events may prohibit Banners of any type, such as concerts, selected family events and other sanctioned events. For questions about events, please call the Chicago Red Stars at 312-241-2069 prior to the event. While Banners that meet the above guidelines are allowed at most sporting events, SeatGeek Stadium reserves the right to change or cancel this policy at any time without notice, if deemed necessary by management. 

Cameras & Recording Devices

No commercial or flash photography of any kind is allowed. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized in advance by the team. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not allowed: 

  • Lenses or Lens Attachments over 6″

  • Monopods or tripods

  • Flash equipment of any sort

Stadium Management and Red Stars staff reserve the right to remove and confiscate any prohibited and unauthorized audio/visual equipment at any time for any reason. Guests who fail or refuse to comply with these requirements are subject to ejection. 

Cell Phones

Guests can use cellular phones if they do not interfere with other guests in the seating area. If guests need to have a long cell phone conversation, it is suggested that they exit the seating area and conduct the conversation on the concourse.

Children's Entry

All children 2 years of age and older require a ticket to gain admission to Red Stars events.

Directions

From Downtown Chicago (I-55)
Take I-55 South to the Harlem Avenue exit. Turn left (South) onto Harlem Avenue. Proceed South about 2.4 miles to the stadium.

From Tri-State Tollway (I-294)
Take I-294 and exit at 95th Street EAST towards Harlem (IL Route 43). Proceed about a block, then take ramp to IL Route 43 (Harlem) North. Continue North on Harlem for about 3 miles. 
Parking entry: Stay in the right lane, veer right onto Frontage Road and continue beneath the bridge (immediately north of 71st Street).

From West
Take I-55 North and exit Harlem Avenue (IL Route 43) SOUTH. Proceed south about 2.4 miles and stay in the right lane. 
Parking Entry: enter right into “N” lots along Harlem.

From South
Use 79th, 87th or 95th Street to Harlem Avenue (IL Route 43) North. Continue North on Harlem Avenue to parking lot entrances at 70th and Harlem. 
Parking Entry: Stay in the right lane, veer right onto Frontage Road and continue beneath the bridge (immediately north of 71st Street).

Event Package Policies

Ticket purchases that include bus transportation to and from SeatGeek Stadium and/or participation in other events not at SeatGeek Stadium include the following additional terms.

If your ticket purchase also includes transportation to and from SeatGeek Stadium, please carefully review all pick-up and drop off locations and times. The Red Stars will not provide and is not responsible for providing any additional transportation needed to travel to and from the stadium if you miss any transportation pick-up, are refused service, or ejected for any reason. As there may be traffic to and from the stadium, the Red Stars cannot guarantee that you will arrive to the stadium or return destination by any particular time. Further, the Red Stars and/or the transportation provider reserves all rights to eject, deny entry, and/or refuse service to anyone who, without limitation, displays signs of intoxication, disruptive behavior, and to those harassing any staff or fellow patrons in their sole discretion.

If your ticket purchase also includes entry into a venue and/or business establishment that is not SeatGeek Stadium, that venue and/or business establishment and the Red Stars reserve all rights to eject, deny entry, and/or refuse service to anyone who, without limitation, displays signs of intoxication, disruptive behavior, and to those harassing any staff or fellow patrons in their sole discretion. If that venue and/or business establishment serves alcohol, they reserve all rights to eject, deny entry, and/or refuse service to anyone under the legal drinking age.

If your ticket purchase also includes any food or beverage at a venue and/or business establishment that is not SeatGeek Stadium, such available food or beverage, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, is subject to availability and in the sole discretion of such venue and/or business establishment (not the Chicago Red Stars).

Fan Code of Conduct

The Chicago Red Stars are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable soccer experience for all guests in and around our stadiums. Fans must abide by this Fan Code of Conduct as well as all stadium rules. Fans are responsible for reviewing both prior to arriving at the stadium. Fans have a right to an environment where:  

  • Fans are encouraged to cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, referees, staff, players, and other fans. 
  • Fans enjoy the soccer experience free from physical violence, thrown objects*, weapons of any kind, pyrotechnic devices (including but not limited to, smoke bombs, flares, and explosives), attempts to enter the playing field, field track, or any other location other than that permitted by a fan’s ticket or credential, political or inciting messages, and behavior that is disruptive, obscene, indecent, threatening, violent in nature, including, but not limited to, physical or verbal harassment of match officials, staff members, players, or other fans. 
  • Fans do not display symbols, signs, images, use language, or make gestures that contain commercial or political messaging, or are foul, obscene, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including, but not limited to, on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation.. 
  • Fans do not conduct themselves in a way that results in damage to the stadium or personal property.
  • Fans consume alcoholic beverages in a reasonable manner.
  • Fans sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested by staff. 
  • Fans do not obstruct other fans from viewing the game or otherwise behave in a way that targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the match. 
  • Fans comply with requests from stadium staff and local authorities regarding stadium policies and emergency response procedures. 
  • Fans promptly and carefully return the ball to a stadium staff member or the ball kid in the event that a soccer ball enters the stands.
  • Fans conduct themselves in a lawful manner. 

* THROWN OBJECTS: The use of streamers and confetti as an expression of fan enthusiasm is not prohibited but will be kept under review. Streamers are not to be used to impact the competition and/or thrown at or toward a player, match officials, staff members, or in the field of play.  

Failure to abide by this code of conduct is subject to sanctions, including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, banishment from future Chicago Red Stars matches, revocation of ticket privileges for future games, revocation of season tickets, and/or arrest. 

 Fans are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to any Chicago Red Stars staff member of stadium staff member.  

The Chicago Red Stars and the stadium reserve the right to determine what unruly or unacceptable behavior is and to take all actions permitted by applicable law.  

The Chicago Red Stars thank you for your cooperation. Enjoy the game and your experience.  

The Chicago Red Stars reserve the right to change or modify this Fan Code of Conduct in its sole discretion. 

First Aid Stations

A First Aid station is on the Main Concourse behind section 120. If you require medical attention, please go to the First Aid station, or notify the nearest Red Stars or SeatGeek Stadium associate. 

Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not allowed into SeatGeek Stadium.

Concession stands and specialty concession carts are available on the East and North concourse as well as drinking fountains behind section 188.

If you have severe food allergies, contact the Red Stars Ticketing Department and we will arrange for you to bring your own food.

Gate Info

Gates open 60-minutes prior to match time. All guests may enter the facility through Gate C. In addition, Four Star Club, Field Table, Field Seat and Suite Ticket Holders may enter through Gate D. All Season Ticket Members will have a dedicated entry lane found at Gate C.

Guest Services

Chicago Red Stars staff are available to help you with any questions, issues, or concerns during your visit to SeatGeek Stadium. During the event, representatives can be found throughout the stadium, but specifically at Ticketing Headquarters behind section 123 on the Northeast concourse. 

During the event, representatives can answer questions, address concerns, assist with lost children, handle lost and found services and more. During non-event hours, the Chicago Red Stars can be reached at 312-241-2069 or [email protected]. 

Lost & Found

All lost and found items will be turned into the Red Stars Ticketing Headquarters located behind Section 123 during events or at their conclusion. Inquiries during an event can be brought to the Ticketing Headquarters. After the event, guests wishing to inquire about the recovery of lost items should call the Chicago Red Stars at 312-241-2069. Guests claiming lost items should be prepared to positively identify the item, present a valid photo identification card, and sign a receipt. After 30 days, all unclaimed lost and found items will be released to charitable organizations. 

Lost Children

Lost children will be escorted to the Red Stars Ticketing Headquarters located behind section 123 on the Northeast concourse. Separated parties should seek the assistance of any stadium employee, security personnel, or usher.

Media

Media will check in at Gate E and be escorted to the press box located on Level 4 on the stadium's west side. Media access to the press box for Chicago Red Stars is accessible by stairs at the southwest end of the West concourse or via an elevator at the northwest end of the West concourse. All media for Chicago Red Stars matches must have proper facility credentials which may be collected at the Media Entry Gate (Gate E). To register for media credential approval click here. 

Merchandise

Chicago Red Stars Merchandise can be purchased at the on the main Concourse atop the Gate C stairs and in the Fan Zone inside Gate C. On match days, the merchandise stores are open 60 minutes prior to kick-off (at gate opening) and will remain open until the match concludes.

Parking

Parking for all Chicago Red Stars fans is available at SeatGeek Stadium through entrance S2 on 71st Street and entrance N on Harlem Ave. (Prepaid parking pass and credit accepted).   

For a more convenient parking experience, the Red Stars recommend purchasing parking in advance for all matches here.

Pledge to the Fans

SeatGeek Stadium, the Chicago Red Stars, and the National Women’s Soccer League pledge to protect a fan’s right to: 

  • Enjoy the match in a safe, clean and healthy environment

  • Cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team

  • Be treated in a courteous and professional manner

Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, fans will be refused entry if they have prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the stadium with prohibited items, the items will be confiscated, and the fan may be ejected from the facility. 

The following items are not permitted in SeatGeek Stadium:

  • Aerosol Cans

  • Alcohol or Illegal Substances

  • Back Packs or Sling Packs (draw string packs that are less than the maximum size of 14″ x 14″ x 6″ are permissible)

  • Balls (of all types and sizes, including soccer balls), Balloons and Beach Balls

  • Cameras with Lenses or Lens Attachments over 6”

  • Confetti

  • Coolers or Ice Chests

  • Drones

  • Fireworks, Flares or Smoke Bombs

  • Hoverboards

  • Large Bags and Purses (limit: 14″x14″x6″)

  • Laser Pointers

  • Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns, vuvuzelas)

  • Outside Food and Beverages

  • Poles to Display Banners, Flags, etc.

  • Pets (Note: exception for certified service animals)

  • Umbrellas

  • Video or Recording Devices and Tripods

  • Weapons

  • Any Other Item Deemed to be Inappropriate or Dangerous by Stadium Staff

INDIVIDUALS WHO DELIBERATELY ATTEMPT TO BRING BANNED ITEMS THROUGH SECURITY CHECKPOINTS ARE SUBJECT TO EJECTION

Re-entry Policy

SeatGeek Stadium has a strict “no re-entry” policy during events, with the following limited exceptions. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to a personal emergency (i.e., to retrieve medicine from their vehicle) must first contact a Chicago Red Stars or stadium Security associate to arrange. Guests who need to escort a service animal to an animal relief area are allowed re-entry to the facility. All such guests should notify a Chicago Red Stars or stadium Security associate prior to exiting the facility to ensure reentry. 

Restrooms

Restrooms are throughout the Main Concourse.  

Women’s Restrooms located behind sections 130, 125, 119, 113, 110, 104 

Men’s Restrooms located behind sections 130, 122, 116, 108, 105 

Family restrooms are located behind Sections 128, 103 and 1355 

All-gender restrooms are behind sections 128, 103 and 135. 

Field Side Tables and Seating guests can utilize restrooms on the main concourse behind section 129 and 130, or the all-gender restroom located behind section 135. 

For guests with tickets in Sections 135–139, restroom facilities are behind section 139. 

Security

Uniformed security personnel are can be found throughout the stadium. SeatGeek Stadium and the Chicago Red Stars provide security at all events. If you are experiencing a problem with another patron or have a safety concern, please do not take matters into your own hands. Bring the situation to the attention of the nearest Red Stars or SeatGeek Stadium associate. During the event, representatives can be found throughout the stadium, but specifically at Ticketing Headquarters behind section 123 on the Northeast concourse. 

Smoking

SeatGeek Stadium is designated as a non-smoking facility by Illinois state law. Smoking is prohibited in the seating areas, the stadium concourses, within 15 feet of any building exit, entry, or window, on suite terraces and any other enclosed areas.    

Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated smoking area in the SeatGeek Stadium Plaza near Gate C. 

Strollers

To prevent potentially dangerous situations, concourses, stairs, aisles, and other shared areas may not be blocked by parked strollers. Strollers may be checked at the Red Stars Ticketing Headquarters behind section 123 as space allows. 

Tailgating

Tailgating is permitted before Chicago Red Stars matches if conducted safely and respectably. Activities must comply with proper fan decorum. Please adhere to the following policies as it relates to tailgating: 

  • No glass bottles

  • Douse all burning charcoal and dispose in Hot Coals Only bins

  • No ball playing or Frisbee throwing

  • Please set your grills, coolers, etc. in front of or behind your vehicle

  • Tailgating set-up must not interfere with free flow of traffic

  • No kegs or bulk quantities of alcohol

  • Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium

  • One car = One parking space

  • Please bag and properly dispose of your trash

  • Outside caterers not permitted

  • Sale of food/beverage is not permitted

  • No open flames

  • Tailgating must stop at kick-off - tailgating during the match is not allowed
  • Post-event tailgating is not allowed

Stadium Management and Red Stars staff reserve the right to remove and confiscate any prohibited and unauthorized items at any time for any reason. Guests who fail or refuse to comply with these requirements are subject to ejection from the premises and may be denied entry to the event. 

Taxis and Rideshares

Taxi cabs and rideshares will be allowed to pick-up/drop-off guests in the East parking lot. Expect delays due to heavy event day traffic.

Ticket / Box Office

The SeatGeek Stadium Ticket/Box Office is at 7000 S Harlem, Bridgeview, IL 60455  

The phone number for Chicago Red Stars ticket sales is 312-241-2069 and a ticketing representative can be reached Monday – Friday (9:30 am to 5:00 pm). 

 On event days, the Ticket Office will be open two (2) hours prior to the event and is located on the east side of the stadium at Gate D. At least one box office window will remain open through the conclusion of each match to provide for purchasing of tickets to future matches.

Ticket Policies

Tickets purchased through our partner, tickets.com, or any other secondary source are non-refundable. All sales are final. 

During any event, every person in the facility (except for children under the age of 2 years old sitting in a lap) must be in possession of one of the following:

  • A valid event ticket

  • A valid team/event/league credential

  • A valid SEATGEEK STADIUM ID for on-duty working staff

Any person discovered inside the stadium without one of the above-mentioned items will be asked to leave the facility. Those who refuse to leave may be considered trespassing and may be subject to arrest. 

 Persons found to have counterfeited, voided, or stolen tickets and/or credentials will be asked to leave the facility. Persons who refuse to comply will be considered trespassing and are subject to arrest. Persons found in possession of counterfeit, voided, or stolen tickets may be given the choice of purchasing valid tickets, when available, from the Red Stars Box Office. We encourage guests to only purchase from authorized outlets to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets. The resale of tickets (“scalping”) is against the law and will not be permitted in and around the property of SeatGeek Stadium. Violators will be reported to the Village of Bridgeview Police Department. 

 All guests must produce a valid event ticket or credential to the SeatGeek Stadium event staff. Guests who refuse to show their tickets or credentials are subject to ejection. 

 Guests may not change their seat/suite at any time during any event. Guests who are discovered to have changed their seat/suite are subject to ejection. 

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are not permitted inside SeatGeek Stadium as they interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the match. Security on matchdays will request that you return your umbrella to your vehicle, otherwise it will be confiscated at the gate. 

Will Call

Will Call is located at the main Ticket/Box Office at Gate D. Will Call is only open on match days two (2) hours prior to game time. Only the person whose name appears on the ticket order may pick up the ticket(s) and you must produce a valid photo identification to pick up the ticket(s).
