Refund Policy

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we reserve the right to modify or cancel camps/clinics at any time for purposes of public safety or compliance with protocols. Should we need to change or cancel an event, we will notify all participants and parents as soon as possible and work with you on appropriate next steps, including any applicable refunds. 

We recognize that there may be times when you need to cancel your registration. If you are injured, unwell, or affected by COVID-19 and need to cancel your attendance at a camp or clinic, please contact us immediately at aszymel@chicagoredstars.com or vbuonanni@chicagoredstars.com to discuss a possible refund or credit towards another camp/clinic. 
 

  • A medical release or verification of a positive Covid-19 test result may be required for refunds. 

  • Credits may not be transferred to another athlete. 
     

If you need to cancel a camp registration at any time, the following refund methods are available. If participants miss a session for whatever reason, no partial refunds will be issued. We will not accept same-day registration or walk-ins to guarantee that the facilities and our personnel are appropriately prepared for the session. 

Cancellation initiated by the Chicago Red Stars (non-weather related)

100% refund

Cancellation 21 days before camp

100% refund

Cancellation within 21 days of the start of camp or after it has begun

0% refund

If there are any weather-related cancellations prior to the start of camp, a full refund will be issued. If a weather-related cancellation happens after camp has begun, a refund will be issued for the days lost; however, the camp may be rescheduled.
